This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and your rights. The Secunary app has its own privacy policy.
01Who is responsible
The controller of your data is SECUNARY, SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle), 102 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France (see the Legal notice). For any question about your data, write to support@secunary.fr.
02What we collect, and why
- Browsing the site. Our host records technical data for each visit (IP address, browser, page, time) to run and secure the site. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
- Visit statistics — with your consent. Google Analytics measures which pages are visited and how the site is used (for example how often the app is opened from the site, or a member signs up). Basis: your consent.
- Sign-in protection — with your consent. When you sign in, Google reCAPTCHA (through Firebase App Check) checks that a person, not a robot, is signing in, using information from your device. Basis: your consent, asked before you sign in.
- Signing in with Apple. Your Apple identifier and, if you share them, your name and email address (which may be an Apple relay address), to recognise your Secunary account. Basis: providing the service you ask for.
- Your member area. The site shows the data of your Secunary account — requests, travel plans, membership, preferences — read from your account; it does not keep a copy. If your account is waiting to be opened, you can give your first name, last name and phone number so that we can activate it. Basis: providing the service.
- Messages with your concierge. What you write, and when, to answer you. Basis: providing the service.
- « Write to us » and « Request anyway ». From a device the app does not run on, or while the site is closed: your first name, last name, phone number, the subject of your request, your budget and your message, kept in our database and read by our team in its back-office so that we can call you back. Basis: answering your request, before any contract.
03Who receives it
Our team, bound by confidentiality, and the providers that run the site for us, on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosting of the site;
- Google — Firebase (accounts, the database where « Write to us » messages are kept, functions), Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA;
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, and the notification our team receives on its iPhone when a message arrives.
- Anthropic — Claude, an AI service that prepares an internal summary of open requests for our team, including recent messages with your concierge; it makes no decision about you.
We never sell your data, and nothing collected on the site is used for advertising.
04Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards.
05How long we keep it
- Technical logs: the short time our host needs to run and secure the site.
- Visit statistics: 14 months.
- « Write to us » and « Request anyway » messages: 3 years after you last contacted us, unless you become a client.
- Messages with your concierge and your account data: as long as your account is open (see the app’s policy).
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again.
07Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, receive a copy, object to or restrict its use, withdraw your consent at any time, and give instructions for what happens to it after your death.
Write to support@secunary.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
08Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Access to your data is limited to the people and systems that need it, and the member area is reserved to the account’s owner.
09Age
Secunary is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top says which version applies; significant changes are announced on the site.
