Terms of Use

The site presents Secunary, a private concierge, and the services offered through the Secunary app for iPhone: travel, stays, tables, cars, jets, yachts, watches and personal shopping.

Nothing is sold, booked or paid on the site. Requests, proposals, bookings and payments happen in the app, under its Terms of Use and Sale, which you accept there.

The site is free to browse. Your internet access and equipment are yours to provide. We work to keep the site available at all times, but we may interrupt it for maintenance or updates, and we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

If you have a Secunary account, you can sign in with Apple to see your requests, travel plans, membership and preferences. The member area is read-only: your account is created and changed in the app. A new account opens once our team has activated it.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. If we notice misuse of the site or of an account, we may suspend access to the member area.

In your member area you can write to your concierge. Keep your messages courteous and limited to your requests; do not share card numbers or passwords. Your concierge answers during their working hours.

The app is available on iPhone only for now. From another device — or from anywhere while the site is closed, through « Request anyway » — the « Write to us » form lets you send us your name, phone number, the subject of your request, your budget and a message, so that we can call you back. Sending it commits you to nothing.

Descriptions, photographs and prices on the site present the kind of services Secunary arranges. Prices shown are indicative (« from »): they are not offers. Availability, details and the final price of a service are those of the proposal your concierge sends you in the app.

The site and everything on it — name, logo, illustrations, photographs, texts and design — belong to Secunary or its partners. You may not copy, reuse or adapt them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

We take care that the information on the site is accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Links to other sites are given for convenience: we are not responsible for their content.

How we use your personal data, and the cookies the site uses with your consent, are described in our Privacy Policy.

For any question or complaint, contact us first by phone or email — the details are on the Legal notice page. We will look for a solution with you. These terms are governed by French law; if no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says which version applies; the version in force is the one published on the site when you use it.
